1.Data We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
When you create an account or work with our team you may share:
- Account details such as name, business email, company role, and billing data
- Search streams, custom prompts, lead qualification rules, and collaboration notes
- Support requests, chat transcripts, and feedback you send to our team
1.2 Threads data we process
Through your authorized connection to Threads we may access:
- Public posts and comments that match the filters you configure
- Public profile metadata for accounts surfaced in your Streams
- Engagement metrics (likes, replies, timestamps) exposed through the Threads API
- Replies or comments you instruct FlameinGO to publish on your behalf
1.3 LinkedIn data we process
When you authorize the LinkedIn API, we only process data permitted by LinkedIn's Platform Policy and API Terms:
- Public posts, comments, and organization updates that match your configured keywords
- Public profile attributes (name, headline, company, location) needed to evaluate intent
- Messaging metadata you explicitly route through the integration
We do not scrape LinkedIn, we do not infer attributes without consent, and we store LinkedIn user data for no longer than 30 days unless LinkedIn or the end user requires earlier deletion.
1.4 Automatically collected information
We collect device and usage data to secure the platform:
- Device information (browser, operating system, device identifiers)
- Usage analytics (features used, time spent, response rates)
- Log data (IP address, access time, error diagnostics)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used for authentication
2.How We Use Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the FlameinGO platform
- Score Threads and LinkedIn content using AI models to surface qualified leads
- Generate outreach suggestions that respect the policies of both APIs
- Detect spam, abuse, and policy violations and enforce Pink Flamingo safeguards
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
- Comply with legal obligations and the contract terms of LinkedIn and Meta
We never sell personal data, and we never combine LinkedIn data with other datasets for advertising or profiling outside of your authorized workspace.

3.4 Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, lawful request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, employee training, and incident response procedures.

7.International Transfers
FlameinGO operates globally. When data moves across borders we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful mechanisms.
8.Children's Privacy
